鴨霸的 hotmail，擋信分說不分說，不由分說

今天遇到 hotmail 擋信，訊息如下

於是我就到微軟 https://sender.office.com/Delist 解鎖 ，結果說這 ip 不在黑名單中。

我到 https://www.appmaildev.com/hk/dkim 檢查了 spf、dkim、dmarc，都是正常。

也到以下再次確認，都沒問題。

 https://mxtoolbox.com/dkim.aspx
 https://mxtoolbox.com/spf.aspx

只好等 hotmail 自然解鎖了。
